Terms of use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator of the mobile application 'LoveAlarm' (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Application") (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its users, in connection with the use of the App.Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms shall become effective from the moment the user installs and uses the App.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations. Should the Terms be changed, the Company shall provide notice through announcements within the App, etc.
A user who does not agree to the changed Terms may discontinue use by deleting the App. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the changed Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.Article 3 (Provision and Change of App Service)
The Company shall provide App services to users, including content from the webtoon <Love Alarm>.
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the App Service due to operational or technical necessities.

In particular, unauthorized capturing or extraction of App content for the purpose of producing merchandise or commercial utilization is strictly prohibited.Article 5 (User Obligations and Prohibited Activities)
Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, these Terms, and matters announced by the Company.
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Interfering with the operation of the App or causing harm to the service (such as hacking the App, exploiting bugs, etc.)
Analyzing the source code of the App (reverse engineering), or making unauthorized changes or copies.
Unauthorized extraction or commercial use of the App content.
Other actions that interfere with the Company's business or damage the Company's reputation.Article 6 (Compensation for Damages and Liability)
If a user violates the obligations under these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the user shall compensate the Company for the damage incurred.
The Company is not responsible for the user's failure to obtain the benefits expected beyond the functions provided by the App.Article 7 (Jurisdiction)
The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and any disputes arising between the user and the Company.
In the event that a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute related to the use of the service, the competent court shall be the court determined by the relevant laws and procedures.
